The actual size of the yard is 57"- 59"W, however the actual print is approximate on the width, sometimes the print is printed from end to end on the entire width, sometimes they are printed in the middle leaving anywhere from 1/2"-1" of "white space".
While we strive to make more than one yard of the same print continuous, it is not guaranteed. We ourselves sometimes receive them cut, or some cut off the continuous multiple yardage roll, this makes it a bit hard to 100% guarantee continuous yards. However, it is 80% always continuous.
Also, if you ordered one yard, then another yard of the same print in on different line or different order, while we try to catch it, it is not always the case, again continuous is not guaranteed.

ALL SIZES ARE APPROXIMATE DEPENDING ON THE PRINT AREA. Anything extra is a bonus, anything else should fit within the WOY measurement.
Size Scale is at own risk!! Sometimes files can be shrunk or enlarged by the printing factories without warning to us, they arrive as such and this is our of our control. We will not be responsible for size issues, they are not flaws.

FROM TIME TO TIME, FACTORIES WE ORDER FROM WILL SWITCH UP THEIR MATERIALS. WE HAVE WORKED HARD TO FIND THE PERFECT FACTORY FOR EACH BASE. HOWEVER, THERE COULD STILL BE SLIGHT CHANGES IN COLOR, VIBRANCY, AND EVEN MATERIAL ITSELF. THIS IS SOMETHING OUT OF OUR CONTOL AS WE CANNOT JUST FLAY OVER TO THE FACTORY AND PICK OUT THE MATERIAL PERSONALLY. WHILE WE SUBMIT OUR ORDERS BASED ON THE SAMPLES GIVEN TO US AND WE ARE ASSUMING THERE SHOULD BE NO CHANGE ONCE A REAL ORDER IS PRODUCED, WE HAVE FOUND AT TIMES MATERIAL HAS CHANGED AND IT IS NOT CONSIDERED A FLAW. AGAIN, THIS IS SOMETHING OUT OF OUR CONTOL. WE ARE GIVEN ZERO WARNING OF ANY CHANGES. ACCORDING TO THE FACTORIES PRODUCING THE ORDER, THERE ARE NO FLAWS WITH THE CHANGE OF MATERIAL WHICH COULD BE DIFFERENT FROM THE PREVIOUS ORDER AS FAS AS EACH BASE'S QUALITY. WE WILL ALWAYS STRIVE TO PROVID THE VERY BEST. WE CAN ONLY DEAL WITH ANY ISSUES WHEN IT ARRIVES.
PLEASE BE AWARE OF TURN AROUND TIMES, DURING THIS PANDEMIC PLEASE EXPECT ADDITIONAL DELAYS, WHILE WE NEVER WANT THIS TO HAPPEN, IT IS HAPPENING ALL ACROSS THE BOARD..
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. SHOULD I HAVE TO REFUND MORE THAN ONE INVOICE YOU WILL BE REMOVE FROM THE MAIN GROUP AND BST GROUP. CLEARLY WE ARE JUST NOT THE RIGHT STYLE/GROUP FOR YOU.
THE ONLY TIME A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IS WHEN A SERIOUS FABRIC FLAW IS PRESENT. ALL SERIOUS FLAWS WILL BE CAUGHT BEFORE SHIPPING OUT AND A CUSTOMER WILL BE CONTACTED IF THIS ISSUE ARISES AT ANY TIME.
ALL PRE-ORDER TURN AROUND TIMES ARE ESTIMATED BETWEEN 22-24, MANY TIMES I ANTICIPATE AND HOPE IT IS SOONER, HOWEVER TO GIVE ANY UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES WIGGLE ROOM IT IS A STANDARD 22-24 WEEKS.

It is stated in each product description that a shipping invoice will be going out once the fabric is in and ready to go out to you. By clicking the finalize my order button, which also prompts you to accept the terms and conditions, which also include the same shipping information you are agreeing to these terms.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING!! Shipping at times will be a guess for all International packages. If there is an overage I will refund the difference. If the shipping goes over what the estimated charge was originally I will send out an additional request for payment as Friends and Family to your email address, I am requesting the Friends and Family as there are paypal fees if it is sent as invoice though my website, and that is when paypal adds fees. I must have the exact extra shipping charge if any without having fees taken out by paypal. Thank you for your understanding.
By placing a pre-order you are automatically agreeing to this policy. It is up to you as a member and customer to read the policies and any information related to the pre-order prior to completing your purchase, all sales are final.
By purchase from the pre-order you are accepting that the item/fabric is not currently ready to ship. You are accepting that there is a waiting period up to 22-24 weeks from purchase date. Refunds will not be made available because you did not understand these terms and feel that the wait has been too long. An average wait time is listed on any and all pre-orders, and while we strive to stay within our turn around time, understand that certain circumstances are out of our hands (holidays, customs delays, etc.) that can extend turn around time. If, and when, these issue occur, we do our best to relay all information available to you.
Custom prints are produced in very large quantities, by industrial printing equipment. This can lead to possible flaws in the fabric. It is not completely uncommon for custom prints to arrive flawed. We will do our best to make sure all flaws are caught, however there are always times where flaws can be missed. Flaws include; misspelled words or phrases, holes, tears, smudges, and cuts. In the event that this should happen we will determine if there will be a full refund or a partial refund depending on the flaw and whether it renders the fabric mostly unusable. Any flaw that can be covered by a quarter per yard of fabric will not be considered refundable. Any yard with multiple small flaws or a large flawed area will be refunded at $.55 per inch of fabric that is flawed when these flaws exist in areas other than the selvage. We cannot be held responsible for flaws that can occur during transit domestically. This will have to be an issue you must take up with the post office.We do our best to ensure that any flaws are caught by our quality control team, but we are all human and there's the possibility that mistakes can be made and flawed fabric gets shipped out to customers. In the event this should happen, Betty will determine if the a full or partial refund will be made available based on whether the fabric is salvageable. We guarantee a 56" print, though the width of fabric (WOF) is a larger area. This gives leeway to any flaws that may occur on the selvage (the edges of the fabric width-wise). Any smudges, holes, tears, defects, etc. within 3 inches of the selvage are not considered flaws and will not be refunded. Washing, cutting, dyeing, or otherwise altering the fabric prior to contacting Ms. Fits about a flaw will void any warranty we offer in regards to flaws, please be sure to check your fabric prior to altering it in any way. All flaws, and/or missing, orders must be reported to Ms. Fits within 15 days of package arrival.There are no exceptions at all. You are hereby forewarned of this policy and it is not a surprise. 15 days (including weekends) from arrival to report a flaw. Any and all warranties offered by Ms. Fits Fabrics are void after 16 business days. All reports of flaws, or partially missing orders, must be emailed to the customer service team directly (email@example.com) with pictures attached of your full order, close up of flaws if applicable, and your packing slip.
ALL refunds/exchanges if agreed upon must contain a FULL yard must be non altered, non washed. It must be shipped back and received before a refund or an exchange is arranged.
CONTINUOUS YARDAGE!!! While we ourselves HOPE for continuous, we don't always get it continuous. We can guaranteed 2 yards continuous at most, at times. Sometimes we do get each yard cut into one yard cuts. We sometimes get cheated!! We will order 4 yards, but receive a 1 and 1/2 yard cut, then another cut containing 2 and 1/2 yards and the printers consider this NOT FLAWED and 4 yards fulfilled. They are correct, they did send out 4 yards total. While it is not ideal and I have many times argued this, they will not fix it as it is NOT a flaw. Therefore we cannot at times help this. When we do get full continuous yardage of our full order qty we will always fulfill your orders continuously up to 5 yards, there is only so much we can fold continuously as well. NON CONTINUOUS IS NOT A FLAW.
Pre-washing fabric is highly recommended due to the chemicals used during the dyeing process. Please keep in mind that the fabric may still contain excess dye and some form of color catchers should be used when prepping fabric. We recommend a free & clear type of laundry detergent, a cold wash cycle, and a high heat drying cycle. Slight fading and shrinkage may also occur, this is not considered a flaw and is not covered in our flaw warranty. We offer washing recommendations, but given that we can not control your wash cycle; any bleeding, color transfer, fading, etc. is not covered by Ms. Fits Fabrics.
In the event of a re-run, Ms. Fits does not guarantee a 100% match to any fabric of the same design run in a previous round. Coloring and scale can vary between each printed round; this is not considered a flaw and is not covered by our flaw warranty.
Every order is given 15 business days to inspect their order and contact Ms. Fits Fabric with any issues you may have with your order (flaws, missing fabric, etc.) After 15 days, Ms. Fits Fabrics' fabric warranty is void and refunds/replacements will no longer be offer. Again, all issues must be addressed before altering the fabric in any way.
Ms. Fits Fabrics only has control over your order up to it being routed into the postal service. Once the package leaves Ms. Fits HQ we are no longer responsible for damages, this includes lost packages. Once a package has been scanned showing movement; we are not responsible for the condition in which is arrives, if your package goes missing, or the amount of time it takes for it to arrive. We do not have any control over how the postal service conducts their business.
